Has my order shipped?

We strive to ship out all orders within 1-3 business days but if your order is for a personalized product it can take longer.

We will provide a tracking number in advance for your order within 1-2 business days even if the order is not in transit yet so you will be able to see tracking updates from the moment it does ship.

You should receive an email with the tracking number. If you are have issues with locating your tracking number, please check your email as we send a shipping email for all orders.

Help! My order is lost/hasn’t been delivered?

Although our expected delivery time is 5-12 business days after the order has been shipped out, delays are not always in our control.

If your order hasn't arrived within 20 days, please contact us and we'll gladly look into it and make things right for you.

Order shows delivered but I never received it?

In some cases, tracking prematurely will show your order as delivered. Orders tend to arrive a few days later.

If 5 days have passed and you still have not received it, please contact us here.

You can also contact your local delivery service/local post office for further assistance. This would be the fastest way to seek assistance as we only have limited resources when it comes to assisting with tracking and delivery after it has been shipped out from our warehouse.

*For some orders, depending on the local carrier responsible for delivery, there will be proof of delivery provided so we recommend you looking at the proof of delivery to see where the package was left.

I am missing items from my order?

In some cases, items may ship from different locations depending on stock availability to ensure fastest delivery.

If this is the case, you should have received multiple tracking numbers for your order.

Tracking hasn't moved in a few days?

If your tracking number isn't showing any new shipping updates and it has been a few days to a week, please do not worry. This is likely due to delays that are out of our control and are related to the local carrier's delivery volume at the time or unforeseen weather delays.

Eventually there will be a tracking update for your order.

If it's been longer than 2 weeks without a new shipping update, please contact us here for further assistance.

Tracking number isn't showing any updates?

Please note that we provide all tracking numbers in advance so you can start seeing tracking updates from the moment it is sent into transit.

If your order is for a personalized product, the engraving process can take some time so please be patient.

Once the engraving process is done, you will start seeing tracking updates.

Typically the personalization process can take anywhere from 1-3 business days.

Delivery failed for my order, how do I proceed?

There are several reasons delivery can fail. The most common are an invalid address provided to us on your order, recipient not reachable/contactable, weather delays, or delivery was refused by recipient.

You need to contact the local carrier responsible for the delivery of your order as soon as possible. If you are unsure of how to proceed, please contact us here and we will assist you to the best of our ability. Please note we are not liable for failed deliveries due to an invalid address provided by the customer.
